Transliteration

sa cāṃḍālo'pi saṃpūjyaḥ sarvavarṇottamo bhavet | yāni tīrthāni loke'smingaṃgāyāḥ saritaśca yāḥ

Translation

Fût-il un Caṇḍāla, il devient digne d’hommage et est tenu pour le meilleur parmi tous les ordres. Quels que soient les gués sacrés en ce monde, et quels que soient les fleuves relevant de la Gaṅgā—
