Listener: Rājā (the king)
Scene: Śiva speaks to the king with a gentle, affirming gesture; Pārvatī listens approvingly; the king’s posture relaxes into gratitude as divine acceptance is declared.
Ananya-bhakti—steady, undivided devotion and worship—pleases Śiva, especially when expressed through a puṇya-stava.
No tīrtha is specified in this verse; it highlights devotional qualification rather than place.
Continuous worship (nitya/sadā paryapūjā) and recitation of a meritorious hymn (puṇya-stava) are implied.
