Skanda Purana — Avanti Khanda, Shloka 12

नाम्ना संपूजयामास तुष्टाव स्तुतिभिर्मुदा । ततो जगाम देशं स्वं देवानां हव्यवाहनः

nāmnā saṃpūjayāmāsa tuṣṭāva stutibhirmudā | tato jagāma deśaṃ svaṃ devānāṃ havyavāhanaḥ

Il l’adora selon les rites prescrits et l’invoqua par son Nom sacré; dans la joie, il le loua par des hymnes. Puis Havyavāhana, porteur des offrandes des dieux, regagna sa demeure.
