ततो वरं ददौ देवो रामकीर्त्यभिवृद्धये । चतुर्विंशतिमे वर्षे रामो निष्पापतां गतः

Transliteration

tato varaṃ dadau devo rāmakīrtyabhivṛddhaye | caturviṃśatime varṣe rāmo niṣpāpatāṃ gataḥ

Translation

Alors le Seigneur accorda une grâce afin d’accroître la renommée de Rāma ; et, en la vingt-quatrième année, Rāma parvint à l’état de pureté sans faute.
