का त्वमस्मिन्पुरे देवि वससे शिवमर्चती । ताश्चागताः स्त्रियः सर्वाः क्व गतास्ते गणेश्वराः
kā tvamasminpure devi vasase śivamarcatī | tāścāgatāḥ striyaḥ sarvāḥ kva gatāste gaṇeśvarāḥ
« Qui es-tu, ô Devī, toi qui demeures en ce lieu sacré et vénères Śiva ? Et toutes ces femmes qui sont venues, où sont-elles allées ? Et où sont ces gaṇeśvara, les serviteurs de Śiva ? »
