Tirtha: Parama-liṅga at Maṇināga-sthāna (implied)
Type: kshetra
Listener: Maṇināga (pannaga)
Scene: Śiva instructs the nāga to establish the supreme liṅga; immediately after, Śiva and Umā vanish, leaving a charged sacred emptiness that anticipates the shrine’s foundation.
Sacred sites are authenticated by divine injunction—liṅga-pratiṣṭhā becomes a dharmic act when done as Śiva’s command.
A Revā/Narmadā tīrtha where a liṅga is to be established by a Nāga devotee, forming part of the Narmadā Māhātmya.
Liṅga-pratiṣṭhā (establishing/installing a Śiva-liṅga) is explicitly commanded.
