अद्यप्रभृत्यहं तात धारयिष्ये न मूर्धजान् । स्थूलवस्त्रपटार्द्धं तु धारयिष्यामि ते गृहे
adyaprabhṛtyahaṃ tāta dhārayiṣye na mūrdhajān | sthūlavastrapaṭārddhaṃ tu dhārayiṣyāmi te gṛhe
«Dès aujourd’hui, père, je ne coifferai plus mes cheveux ; et dans ta demeure je ne porterai qu’un tissu grossier, comme un demi‑vêtement.»
