तत्र स्नात्वा तु यो भक्त्या तर्पयेत्पितृदेवताः । पितरस्तस्य तृप्यन्ति यावदाभूतसम्प्लवम्
tatra snātvā tu yo bhaktyā tarpayetpitṛdevatāḥ | pitarastasya tṛpyanti yāvadābhūtasamplavam
Quiconque s’y baigne avec dévotion et offre le tarpaṇa aux Pitṛs et aux devas, ses ancêtres demeurent comblés jusqu’à la dissolution du monde.
