Transliteration

yatra gaurdṛśyate rājan sarvatīrthāni tatra hi | tatra parva vijānīyānnātra kāryā vicāraṇā

Translation

Là où l’on voit une vache, ô Roi, s’y trouvent en vérité tous les tīrtha sacrés. Sache que ce lieu est un parva, une observance sainte ; nul besoin d’en débattre davantage.
