Skanda Purana — Avanti Khanda, Shloka 44
रथं देवमयं कृत्वा तमारूढो जगद्गुरुः । निर्ययौ दानवो यत्र कोपाविष्टो महेश्वरः
rathaṃ devamayaṃ kṛtvā tamārūḍho jagadguruḥ | niryayau dānavo yatra kopāviṣṭo maheśvaraḥ
Ayant ainsi façonné le char tout de divinité, le Maître du monde y prit place. Puis Mahēśvara, saisi de colère, s’élança vers le lieu où se tenait le Dānava.
