pippalāda uvāca | yadi me bhagavāṃstuṣṭo yadi deyo varo mama | atra saṃnihito deva tīrthe bhava maheśvara
Tirtha: Revā-tīrtha with Śiva-sannidhāna (requested)
Type: tirtha
Listener: Īśvara (Śiva/Maheśvara)
Scene: Pippalāda, hands folded, makes a solemn request before Śiva-Umā: ‘Remain here in this tīrtha.’ The river glints behind, suggesting future pilgrims.
The highest boon is divine presence itself—asking the Lord to sanctify a place for the welfare of future pilgrims.
A tīrtha associated with Pippalāda in the Revā Khaṇḍa, made eminent by Śiva’s abiding presence.
No ritual action is prescribed here; the verse focuses on establishing Śiva’s permanent presence at the tīrtha.
