Type: kshetra
Listener: Yakṣa
Scene: Śiva speaks a concise boon-confirmation; as the words conclude, his form dissolves into light, leaving the yakṣa in awe at the tīrtha.
Sincere prayer aligned with dharma receives the Lord’s assurance, and divine darśana may culminate in inner certainty even when the form disappears.
Within this adhyāya the praise centers on the Kāverī-saṅgama tīrtha (the confluence associated with the Kāverī).
This verse itself contains no rite; it concludes a divine assurance preceding the tīrtha-focused acts described in the following verses.
