FAQs

Dharma is supported by tīrtha-yātrā: the Purāṇa presents the Revā’s banks as a dense sacred field where devotion and purification are readily accessible.

Not one single site; the verse glorifies the entire Revā riverbank region as containing four hundred famous tīrthas, inclusive of saṅgamas.

No explicit rite; the verse functions as a māhātmya-style enumeration encouraging pilgrimage, darśana, and bathing at the Revā tīrthas.
