Tirtha: Koṭī-tīrtha
Type: ghat
Listener: King
Scene: A radiant Koṭī-tīrtha: worshippers complete pūjā and are shown receiving ‘siddhi’—aura-like luminosity, serene faces, and symbolic ascent; inscriptions or attendants proclaim the tīrtha as supreme.
True attainment (siddhi) arises from wholehearted worship that pleases the deity; such tīrthas become spiritually unrivaled.
Koṭī Tīrtha (closely tied to Koṭīśvara) in the Narmadā region.
Not a step-by-step rite; it stresses the principle of sarvatoṣaṇa—worship that fully pleases the Lord.
