लुठन्वै सम्मुखस्तात गतो रेवां महोदधिः । समुद्रे नर्मदा यत्र प्रविष्टास्ति महानदी
luṭhanvai sammukhastāta gato revāṃ mahodadhiḥ | samudre narmadā yatra praviṣṭāsti mahānadī
Se roulant et s’avançant à sa rencontre, ô cher, le grand Océan alla au-devant de Revā, là où le puissant fleuve Narmadā pénètre dans la mer.
