प्रतिपच्छुक्लपक्षे या भवेदाश्वयुजे नृप । तदा तीर्थवरे गत्वा स्नात्वा वै नर्मदाजले
pratipacchuklapakṣe yā bhavedāśvayuje nṛpa | tadā tīrthavare gatvā snātvā vai narmadājale
Ô roi, lorsque, dans le mois d’Āśvayuja, survient le premier jour lunaire (pratipat) de la quinzaine claire, qu’alors on se rende à ce tīrtha d’excellence et qu’on se baigne véritablement dans les eaux de la Narmadā.
