Type: kshetra
Scene: Cosmic tableau: Brahmā at the dawn of creation, with Devī Kanakeśvarī as luminous śakti behind him, weaving the universe like a golden net; below, the Revā river and a small shrine indicate the same cosmic mother is locally present.
All creation proceeds through the Supreme Śakti, honored here as Kanakeśvarī, who both manifests and sustains the cosmos.
The verse is part of the Revā Khaṇḍa (Narmadā/Revā sacred geography) where Kanakeśvarī is praised in that regional Māhātmya context.
No explicit ritual is prescribed; it functions as protective praise (stuti) invoking the देवी’s guardianship.
