Tirtha: Revā-tīrtha (unspecified ford in Revā-khaṇḍa context)
Type: ghat
Scene: A pilgrim at a Narmadā ghat performs snāna, then offers tarpaṇa with cupped hands toward the river, and finally worships a nearby Śiva-liṅga with bilva leaves; pitṛs are suggested as subtle presences receiving offerings.
Purification is holistic: honoring ancestors and worshipping Śiva together at a tīrtha is praised as a complete remedy for sin.
Gautameśvara tīrtha in Revā Khaṇḍa.
Perform tīrtha-snāna, then worship the pitṛ-devatās (ancestral deities) and worship Paramīśāna (Śiva).
