मातापितृसुहृद्वर्गे क्रीडानन्दविवर्धिनी । एकस्मिन्दिवसे बाला सखीवृन्दसमन्विता

mātāpitṛsuhṛdvarge krīḍānandavivardhinī | ekasmindivase bālā sakhīvṛndasamanvitā

Chérie de sa mère, de son père et du cercle des bienveillants, et faisant croître sans cesse la joie des jeux, la jeune fille—entourée d’un groupe de sakhīs—partit un jour.
