Tirtha: Tamahā–Revā Saṅgama Tīrtha (Gāyatrī-siddhi-sthāna)
Type: sangam
Scene: A sādhaka seated on darbha at the confluence bank at dawn, facing the rising sun, performing prāṇāyāma and Gāyatrī-japa; behind, the two rivers meet, and faint Vedic syllables appear as luminous script in the air.
A powerful tīrtha can amplify sincere practice: disciplined Gāyatrī-japa there yields merit comparable to extensive Vedic mastery.
Mokṣatīrtha (within Revā Khaṇḍa), where Gāyatrī-japa is said to confer extraordinary fruit.
Proper chanting (japa) of the Gāyatrī mantra “according to rule” (vidhinā).
