Transliteration

samāgatau tadā dṛṣṭau madhye jvalitapāvakau | puṇyapāpāni jantūnāṃ śrutismṛtyarthapāragau

Translation

Alors on en vit deux, arrivés là, se tenant au milieu d’un feu flamboyant: ceux qui discernent les mérites et les fautes des êtres, versés dans le sens de la Śruti et de la Smṛti.
