पिता पितामहाद्याश्च पितृके मातृके तथा । पिण्डोदकेन चैकेन तर्पणेन विशेषतः

pitā pitāmahādyāśca pitṛke mātṛke tathā | piṇḍodakena caikena tarpaṇena viśeṣataḥ

Le père, les grands-pères et les autres—des lignées paternelle et maternelle—sont tout spécialement satisfaits par une seule offrande de piṇḍa et d’eau, et surtout par le tarpaṇa.
