Tirtha: Revā-tīrtha (specific sub-tīrtha implied)
Type: ghat
Scene: Śiva bestows an explicit boon of fearlessness upon the Nāgas; the atmosphere is calm, protective, and covenant-like.
Divine refuge transforms destiny: even fear of death and curse is negated when the Lord grants abhaya (fearlessness).
Not directly in this verse; the surrounding context links protection with the Narmadā, but this line is chiefly a statement of Śiva’s guarantee.
