तैर्जपद्भिस्तपद्भिश्च सततं द्विजसत्तमैः । भ्राजते सा सरिच्छ्रेष्ठा ताराभिर्द्यौर्ग्रहैरिव

tairjapadbhistapadbhiśca satataṃ dvijasattamaiḥ | bhrājate sā saricchreṣṭhā tārābhirdyaurgrahairiva

Par ces dvijas d’élite, toujours voués au japa et à l’ascèse, cette meilleure des rivières resplendit, telle la voûte céleste parée d’étoiles et de planètes.
