Type: ghat
Listener: Rājendra
Scene: On the riverbank at Agnitīrtha, a father performs kanyā-dāna: the maiden adorned, sacred fire present, priests chanting, water of the Revā nearby.
Major life-rites (saṃskāra), when performed with dharma at a tīrtha, are magnified in spiritual merit.
The same Agnitīrtha introduced in the previous verse.
Perform kanyā-dāna (giving a daughter/maiden in marriage) at the tīrtha, with proper adornment and due rite.
