Transliteration

tato'vatīrṇaḥ kālena yāṃ yāṃ yoniṃ prayāsyati | tasyāṃ tasyāṃ sa duṣṭātmā durbhago jāyate sadā

Translation

Puis, rabaissé de nouveau par le temps, quel que soit le sein où il entre, dans cette naissance même l’âme perverse naît toujours infortunée.
