ऋग्यजुःसामगीतेषु साङ्गोपाङ्गेषु यत्फलम् । तत्फलं समवाप्नोति गायत्रीमात्रमन्त्रवित्

ṛgyajuḥsāmagīteṣu sāṅgopāṅgeṣu yatphalam | tatphalaṃ samavāpnoti gāyatrīmātramantravit

Quel que soit le fruit contenu dans les récitations du Ṛg, du Yajus et du Sāma, avec leurs membres auxiliaires et secondaires, ce même fruit est obtenu par celui qui ne connaît ne fût-ce que la seule Gāyatrī comme mantra.
