Transliteration

ahaṃ yasmātsuraiḥ sarvairyācitā putrajanmani | kṛtā ratiśca viphalā saṃpreṣya jātavedasam

Translation

Car tous les dieux m’implorèrent pour la naissance d’un fils ; pourtant l’union d’amour fut rendue vaine en envoyant Jātavedas (Agni).
