Transliteration saróbhyo dhaivarám upasthā́varābhyo dāśáṃ vaiśántābhyo baindáṃ naḍvalā́bhyaḥ śauṣkálaṃ pārā́ya mārgārám avārā́ya kaivártaṃ tī́rthebhya āndáṃ víṣamebhyo maināláṃ svanébhyaḥ párṇakaṃ guhā́bhyaḥ kirātáṃ sānúbhyo jambhákam párvatebhyaḥ kimpū́ruṣam
Translation Aux étangs: le pêcheur; aux lisières des eaux: l’homme des rives; aux cours du fleuve: le Bainda; aux roselières: l’homme au poisson séché; à la rive lointaine: le trouveur de chemin; à la rive proche: le batelier; aux gués: le passeur; aux lieux raboteux: le Maināla; aux sons résonnants: le vêtu de feuilles; aux grottes: le Kirāta; aux pentes: le Jambhaka; aux montagnes: le Kimpuruṣa.
