योगप्रकारनिर्णयः

Classification and Definition of Yoga

स्वेच्छोत्क्रमणपर्यंतः प्रोक्तो योगानुशासने । कन्यकादिक्रमवशात्प्राणायामनिरोधनम्

svecchotkramaṇaparyaṃtaḥ prokto yogānuśāsane | kanyakādikramavaśātprāṇāyāmanirodhanam

Dans la discipline du Yoga, il est enseigné que (la maîtrise du yogin) s’étend jusqu’au départ volontaire (hors du corps). Selon les degrés progressifs commençant par la « kanyaka » et ainsi de suite, la contrainte du prāṇa par le prāṇāyāma doit être entreprise conformément à ces étapes.
