ददामि च पुनः सर्वं यथापूर्वं ममाज्ञया । यतो विना युवां तेन न क्षमौ सृष्टिरक्षणे
dadāmi ca punaḥ sarvaṃ yathāpūrvaṃ mamājñayā | yato vinā yuvāṃ tena na kṣamau sṛṣṭirakṣaṇe
«Par Mon ordre, Je vous redonne tout comme auparavant ; car sans vous deux, il n’est pas capable de soutenir et de protéger la création.»

It teaches that Shiva (Pati) is the ultimate source of authority and grace; even cosmic governance depends on His sanction, reflecting Shaiva Siddhanta’s view that all powers function through Shiva’s enabling will.
The verse highlights Saguna Shiva as the Lord who actively bestows capacities for creation and protection; Linga worship centers on recognizing this supreme Lord beyond roles, from whom Brahma and Vishnu receive their operative power.
