प्रणवविभागः—वेदस्वरूपत्वं लिङ्गे च प्रतिष्ठा

तत्पराच्छुद्धविद्याद्यादुन्मनांतात्परात्परात् । परमं परमैश्वर्यमुन्मनाद्यमनादि च
tatparācchuddhavidyādyādunmanāṃtātparātparāt | paramaṃ paramaiśvaryamunmanādyamanādi ca
Au-delà de cela se tient la Connaissance pure elle-même ; et au-delà encore se trouve Unmanā — la transcendance du mental — suprême au-delà du suprême. Telle est la souveraineté absolue, l’aiśvarya suprême : commençant avec Unmanā, et pourtant sans commencement.

Lingārcana and saguna-upāsanā purify the practitioner and elevate awareness toward subtler realization; this verse states the ultimate aim is to know Shiva’s parama-aiśvarya beyond even the highest cognitive states, which saguna worship prepares one to approach.
Meditative absorption that quiets the mind toward Unmanā—supported by Shiva-upāsanā such as japa of the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) and disciplined yogic concentration—aligns with the verse’s teaching of going beyond mind to the beginningless Lord.
