Pañcāvaraṇa-mārga Stotra to Yogeśvara Śiva
क्षेत्रेक्षेत्रे समासीनः स्थितो यो रक्षकस्सताम् । शिवप्रणामपरमः शिवसद्भावभावितः
kṣetrekṣetre samāsīnaḥ sthito yo rakṣakassatām | śivapraṇāmaparamaḥ śivasadbhāvabhāvitaḥ
Assis en tout lieu sacré, il y demeure établi comme le protecteur des justes. Suprême dans la révérence au Seigneur Śiva, son être intérieur est pénétré de la présence véritable, comblée de grâce, de Śiva.

By stating “in every kṣetra,” the verse aligns with the Purāṇic view that Saguna Śiva is approachable in sacred sites and shrines (often through the Liṅga), and that continuous śiva-praṇāma (salutation) is a direct expression of Liṅga-centered devotion and surrender.
A practical takeaway is daily śiva-praṇāma—bowing with remembrance of Śiva—supported by japa of the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) and cultivating śiva-sadbhāva (Śiva-centered intent) while visiting or mentally contemplating sacred kṣetras.
