द्वितीयतृतीयावरणपूजाक्रमः | The Sequence of the Second and Third Enclosure Worship (Āvaraṇa-pūjā)

नैरृते तु यजेत्खड्गं पाशं वारुणगोचरे । अंकुशं मारुते भागे पिनाकं चोत्तरे यजेत्

Transliteration

nairṛte tu yajetkhaḍgaṃ pāśaṃ vāruṇagocare | aṃkuśaṃ mārute bhāge pinākaṃ cottare yajet

Translation

Dans la direction de Nairṛti (sud-ouest), on doit vénérer l’épée ; dans la région présidée par Varuṇa, vénérer le lacet (pāśa). Dans le quartier de Vāyu, vénérer l’aiguillon (aṅkuśa) ; et vers le nord, vénérer Pināka, l’arc de Śiva.
