Lui dont la Puissance est sans égale et dont la Souveraineté pénètre tout : sa Seigneurie, sa maîtrise omniprésente et sa nature innée, ainsi sont proclamées.

Type: stotra
Shakti Form: Pārvatī

It affirms Shiva as Pati—the incomparable source of Shakti and the all-pervading Lord whose sovereignty and essential nature transcend limitation, guiding the seeker toward surrender and liberation.
The Linga is worshipped as the sign of the all-pervading, formless reality; this verse supports Saguna worship by declaring Shiva’s lordship and omnipresence while pointing beyond form to His svabhāva.
Meditate on Shiva as sarvagata (all-pervading) while repeating the Panchakshara (Om Namah Shivaya), cultivating inner surrender to His aiśvarya (sovereignty) and śakti (grace-power).
