तस्य नारी समाख्याता राधेति जगदम्बिका । प्रकृतेः परमा मूर्तिः पंचमी सुविहारिणी

It identifies the Divine Feminine as Jagadambikā—the cosmic Mother—and as the supreme Prakṛti, indicating that the Lord’s manifest play (līlā) in the world proceeds through Śakti, while the Supreme remains the inner Lord (Pati) beyond bondage.
In Śaiva understanding, Liṅga worship honors Shiva as the transcendent reality, while the world-process and divine play are experienced through Śakti as Prakṛti; thus Saguna devotion naturally includes reverence to the Mother as the Lord’s inseparable power.
