निर्माया उ त्ये असुरा अभूवन्त्वं च मा वरुण कामयासे । ऋतेन राजन्ननृतं विविञ्चन्मम राष्ट्रस्याधिपत्यमेहि ॥

nirmā́yā u tyé ásurā abhūvant tváṃ ca mā varuṇa kāmáyāse | ṛténa rā́jann ánṛtaṃ viviñcán máma rāṣṭrásyādhipátyam éhi ||

Dénués de la vraie puissance, tels devinrent ces Asuras ; et toi aussi, ô Varuṇa, tu me désires. Ô Roi, selon Ṛta, en tamisant le non-vrai, viens à la suzeraineté de mon royaume intérieur.
