Concept: Continuous remembrance (smaraṇa) of Kṛṣṇa—beyond formal posture—destroys afflictions (kleśa) and sanctifies ordinary activities.

Application: Link daily transitions to a Viṣṇu-name: before sitting, lying down, commuting—repeat a short mantra (e.g., ‘Om Namo Nārāyaṇāya’/‘Hare Kṛṣṇa’) and recall the Lord’s form for a few breaths.

Primary Rasa: shanta

Secondary Rasa: adbhuta

The Lord’s radiance subtly dissolves dark wisps symbolizing kleśa, leaving the air clear and calm.","primary_figures":["Kṛṣṇa (Madhusūdana)","Righteous devotee/meditator"],"setting":"Composite narrative panel: hermitage seat, humble sleeping chamber, travel path by river/forest road, and a meditation alcove; all unified by a continuous halo-stream.","lighting_mood":"divine radiance","color_palette":["midnight blue","peacock green","sunlit gold","cloud white","lotus pink"],"tanjore_prompt":"Tanjore painting style: four-panel narrative within a single ornate frame—devotee remembering Madhusūdana while seated, reclining, traveling, and meditating; Kṛṣṇa central with gold-leaf aura, rich crimson and emerald textiles, gem-like ornaments, conch-disc motifs in corners, kleśa shown as dark curls dispelled by gold light.","pahari_prompt":"Pahari miniature style: lyrical multi-scene composition with delicate landscapes—river road, forest path, simple room—each with a soft apparition of blue-hued Kṛṣṇa; refined facial expressions, cool palette with warm highlights, poetic continuity across vignettes.","kerala_mural_prompt":"Kerala mural style: bold outlined Kṛṣṇa with stylized ornaments, repeated devotee figure in sequential poses, symbolic dark-to-light transformation around him, warm reds/yellows/greens with strong compositional rhythm.","pichwai_prompt":"Pichwai cloth painting style: Krishna-centered composition with ornate floral borders; repeated devotee scenes arranged like mandala petals around central Madhusūdana; deep indigo background, gold detailing, lotus and peacock motifs, intricate textile patterning."}

FAQs

It emphasizes continuous smaraṇa (remembrance) of Kṛṣṇa—keeping the mind fixed on the Lord in every posture and circumstance, not only during formal meditation.

These represent ordinary daily states, teaching that devotion is meant to permeate everyday life—making remembrance of Kṛṣṇa constant rather than occasional.

Cultivating steady God-remembrance disciplines attention and reduces distress; by turning the mind toward the ‘remover of afflictions’ (kleśāpaha), one learns resilience and inner steadiness.
