रंध्रे भाले तथाज्ञायां गले हृदि तथा न्यसेत् । नाभावाधारके पादद्वये मूलाग्रकावधि ॥ ३४ ॥
raṃdhre bhāle tathājñāyāṃ gale hṛdi tathā nyaset | nābhāvādhārake pādadvaye mūlāgrakāvadhi || 34 ||
Qu’on place le nyāsa dans l’ouverture crânienne, sur le front, à l’ājñā (centre du sourcil), à la gorge et dans le cœur ; de même au nombril et à l’ādhāra (la base), ainsi que sur les deux pieds—ainsi, de la racine jusqu’à la pointe, le long de tout l’axe du corps.
