FAQs

It teaches nyāsa—ritually placing mantra-syllables on specific body centers—so the practitioner’s body is treated as a sanctified seat for mantra, aligning speech, mind, and vital centers with sacred order.

Though technical, nyāsa supports bhakti by making worship inward and embodied: the devotee “installs” the mantra in the heart and other centers, cultivating focused remembrance and reverence during japa and pūjā.

It highlights ritual-technical procedure (prayoga) connected with mantra practice—sequencing (ṣaṭ-krama) and syllabic deployment (yugmārṇa)—a practical application commonly taught in the Vedanga-oriented discipline of śikṣā/prayoga traditions.
