एवं सिद्धो मनुर्दद्यात्सर्वान्कामांश्च मंत्रिणे । लीलादंडपदाब्जोऽपि जनसंसक्तदोः पदम् ॥ ५१ ॥
evaṃ siddho manurdadyātsarvānkāmāṃśca maṃtriṇe | līlādaṃḍapadābjo'pi janasaṃsaktadoḥ padam || 51 ||
Ainsi, lorsque le souverain est pleinement accompli, il doit accorder à son ministre tous les désirs légitimes ; car même les pieds pareils au lotus, qui portent avec grâce la verge du châtiment, doivent prendre appui sur des bras voués au service du peuple.
