तापिच्छच्छविरंकगां प्रियतमां स्वर्णप्रभामंबुजप्रोद्यद्दामभुजां स्ववामभुजयाश्लिष्यन्स्वचित्ताशया । श्लिष्यंतीं स्वयमन्यहस्तविलत्सौवर्णवेत्रश्चिरं पायान्नः सुविशुद्धपीतवसनो नानाविभूषो हरिः ॥ ४८ ॥
tāpicchacchaviraṃkagāṃ priyatamāṃ svarṇaprabhāmaṃbujaprodyaddāmabhujāṃ svavāmabhujayāśliṣyansvacittāśayā | śliṣyaṃtīṃ svayamanyahastavilatsauvarṇavetraściraṃ pāyānnaḥ suviśuddhapītavasano nānāvibhūṣo hariḥ || 48 ||
Que Hari (Viṣṇu) nous protège longtemps : revêtu d’un vêtement jaune immaculé et paré de nombreux ornements, Il enlace avec tendresse de son bras gauche son aimée Lakṣmī, sombre comme une pousse de tamāla et pourtant éclatante comme l’or, semblable au lotus, les bras entourés de guirlandes lumineuses ; et, tandis qu’elle s’attache à Lui, de l’autre main Il tient un bâton d’or étincelant.
