Alors le Seigneur, avec une tendre affection, saisit lentement le nez avec les orteils; et, de même, effleura doucement l’épaule, le visage, le creux de la clavicule, la gorge, la poitrine, l’espace entre les seins et la région du cœur.
Narada (narrating within the Adhyaya’s instructional flow; dialogue tradition linked to Sanatkumara line)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: karuna
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It portrays divine action as tender and deliberate, emphasizing that sacred practice and inner transformation are guided by gentleness (sneha) and careful, step-by-step attention—an ethos aligned with disciplined Vedic instruction.
Bhakti is conveyed through intimacy and reverence: the Lord’s gentle touch suggests loving care rather than force, indicating that devotion matures through softness of heart and affectionate remembrance of the Divine.
The verse reflects a Shiksha-like precision in bodily points and sequence—useful for understanding how technical texts describe posture, touch, and careful procedure in ritual or disciplined practice without haste.
