Après avoir tranché la peau et s’en être enveloppé, il chanta joyeusement comme auparavant. Entendant cette douceur de nectar du chant, Śambhu se rendit ensuite à la demeure de Gautama.
Narada (narrating within the dialogue framework to Sanatkumara and the sages)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: adbhuta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It highlights unwavering inner disposition: even after outward loss or hardship, the person continues the same uplifting practice (song), and divine attention (Śambhu) is drawn by the purity and sweetness of that expression.
By portraying joyful singing “as before” despite suffering, it models steady bhakti—devotional expression that does not depend on comfort—so potent that it attracts the Lord’s presence and intervention in the narrative.
Indirectly, it underscores disciplined practice and correct performance of expressive forms (gīti), aligning with Śikṣā (proper sound/recitation) and the broader Vedanga ethos that refined expression and steadiness support dharma and spiritual efficacy.
