The Exposition of Hanumān’s Protective Kavaca

Māruti-kavaca

ततः कथांते भगवान्मारुतेः कवचं ददौ । मह्यं तत्ते प्रवक्ष्यामि न प्रकाश्यं हि कुत्रचित् ॥ ६ ॥

tataḥ kathāṃte bhagavānmāruteḥ kavacaṃ dadau | mahyaṃ tatte pravakṣyāmi na prakāśyaṃ hi kutracit || 6 ||

Puis, au terme du récit, le Bienheureux me donna le kavaca, l’armure protectrice de Māruti (Hanumān). Je vais maintenant te l’enseigner comme on me l’a transmis, car il ne doit être divulgué nulle part sans discernement.
