Ensuite (il faut réciter) «Raudra-daṁṣṭra-otkaṭa», puis «Kaha-dvandva» et «Karāla». Par un coup grand et ferme, survient alors la mise à mort du Seigneur de Laṅkā.
Narada (teaching a technical sequence of mantra-terms/recitation)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: vira
Secondary Rasa: raudra
It presents a technical, step-by-step mantra/utterance sequence whose intended effect is framed as the decisive overcoming of a great demonic obstacle—symbolized by the slaying of Laṅkeśvara (Rāvaṇa).
While primarily technical, it supports Bhakti indirectly by showing that sacred utterance and disciplined recitation can be employed to remove impediments to dharma and devotion, as illustrated through the Rāvaṇa-vadha motif.
It highlights mantra-prayoga and careful sequencing of recitation—aligned with Vedāṅga concerns such as Śikṣā (phonetics) and the precise deployment of sacred sounds in ritual practice.
