FAQs

It presents a focused mantra-prayoga invoking Āñjaneya (Hanumān) with Oṃ, aimed at ‘breaking chains’—symbolically removing bondage, fear, and obstructing forces through disciplined recitation and divine refuge.

Bhakti is expressed as surrender and praise—“namo bhagavate āñjaneyāya”—where the devotee relies on the Lord’s grace (here through Hanumān) to overcome constraints, rather than on mere personal effort.

It reflects applied mantra-vidhi (technical recitation practice): beginning with praṇava (tāra/Oṃ), correct utterance (uccāra), and the viniyoga-style insertion of a person’s name (amuka) for a specific intended effect.
