Hanumān-mantra-kathana: Mantra-bheda, Nyāsa, Yantra, and Prayoga

एकाग्रमनसा सम्यग्ध्यात्वा पवननंदनम् । दिवारात्रौ जपं कुर्याद्यावत्संदर्शनं भवेत् ॥ १३९ ॥

ekāgramanasā samyagdhyātvā pavananaṃdanam | divārātrau japaṃ kuryādyāvatsaṃdarśanaṃ bhavet || 139 ||

L’esprit parfaitement recueilli, après avoir médité comme il se doit sur Pavanānandana (Hanumān), qu’on accomplisse le japa jour et nuit jusqu’à l’obtention du darśana direct.
