Même la seule méditation procure l’accomplissement aux hommes—sans aucun doute. À présent, pour le bien du monde, j’exposerai le moyen de l’obtenir.
Narada (teaching in a didactic dialogue framework associated with the Sanatkumāra tradition)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It asserts the sufficiency and certainty of dhyāna (meditation) as a direct means to siddhi, and introduces a practical instruction (sādhana) meant for universal welfare.
While the verse names dhyāna explicitly, it aligns with bhakti-yoga by implying steady contemplative absorption on the chosen deity (often Vishnu in Narada Purana contexts) and promises definite spiritual fruition through focused remembrance.
The verse signals a methodical, teachable “sādhana” framework—consistent with Vedāṅga-style systematic discipline—though it does not specify a particular Vedāṅga (like Vyākaraṇa or Jyotiṣa) in this line.
