It emphasizes continuity of the prescribed upāsanā: the same earlier rules of dhyāna and pūjā apply here, and sincere mantra-ārādhanā is presented as a complete means to attain one’s chosen spiritual and worldly aims.
By centering practice on meditation and worship, it frames devotion as disciplined, repeatable service to the deity through mantra—where steady reverence (ārādhanā) ripens into grace that fulfills worthy aspirations.
It points to procedural rigor in mantra practice—standardized ritual steps (pūjā-vidhi) and meditative application (dhyāna)—which aligns with Vedāṅga-style technical discipline in correct performance of sacred acts.
